4th generation Rodolphe Péters runs this much-admired small estate in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and 12 of their 17 hectares are in the village, the others nearby on the Côte des Blancs.
They describe this Grande Réserve (not to be confused with the normal Cuvée Réserve) thus:
“A sharp selection of 4 top parcels of our most beautiful crus of the Cote des Blancs (Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant, Oger), blended to about 20% of the best of our Perpetual Reserve.
This Cuvée ages at least 36 months on the lees before disgorgement.”
