Baron di Sigognac, owned by the Guasch family, has incredible stocks of old wines. This is made from Colombard and Folle Blanche. It was aged for a year in new barrels, then over 30 years in older wood.
They are proud to tell everyone that they are one of the few houses to own their own vineyards and distillery – all their wines are made and mature on the estate.
