In our opinion Selvapiana’s oil is the greenest and spicest of all, the essence of what Tuscan olive oil is all about. It is worth paying a high price for this most precious condiment.

Selvapiana is owned and run by Federico Giuntini Masseti – it has been in his family since 1827. The beautiful estate is 245 hectares, of which 60 are vines, and around 30 are olive groves. He makes the wines with consultant Franco Bernabei.
